“Lori and I wanted to let your management personnel and crew that came out know, how pleased we were with the quality and service that was provided to us in the installation of our new Lennox heating and cooling system. It began when you first came out to specify and quote the equipment and options, take measurements, and explain all of the features and options on the Lennox low energy system. Although I was out of town that day, you went through everything with my wife and son-in-law who relayed the information to me when I returned later in the week. Because you acted in such a professional way, I felt it unnecessary to procure other quotes and felt comfortable simply to proceed.

The work was scheduled for the next week and everything seemed to go like clockwork. Your crew of Kevin, Doug, and Bob were the best we could have asked for in the fact that all of the work was completed in less than 8 hours. Those guys cooperated so well in working and assisting each other that not a minute was wasted. They really need to be complimented once again. Every item that was needed was on the truck including all the sheet metal for a totally new plenum and cold air return, PVC piping, and all of the electrical components which were correct and fit perfectly into the designated areas. Upon completion, they quickly cleaned up all of the mess which included all of the old components and all of the little scraps.

So far we are amazed at the quietness and comfortable response and efficiency of the new heating system and are waiting to see how the air conditioning side of the system will perform.
