Our service organization offers unparalleled support in the industry. Though Hoff Heating is an independent Lennox dealer, we provide support for all makes and models. We pride ourselves on resolving customer issues on the first visit. In addition to responding to trouble calls, we offer planned maintenance plans that keep the customer's equipment operating at its optimum efficiency.

Potential problems are spotted before they cause trouble. Complete checklist provided after each inspection call.
• COMPETENT EXPERTS AT YOUR SERVICE....A competent, trained, dependable staff of experts look after and "worry" about your equipment and performance. We "worry" so you don't! We work with you to schedule service calls when convenient to you.
• PRICE PROTECTION....Your agreement price can not be raised during the effective dates.
• LOWER UTILITY COSTS....The result of a study conducted by Louisiana State University, shows how a service maintenance program can save a significant amount on your monthly cooling bill. Heating systems will benefit as well.

• PARTS DISCOUNT....Ten percent discount on repair parts. Excluding the replacement of air conditioning and heating units, all repair parts receive this discount. Other components not covered are compressors, heat exchangers, cooling or heat pump system coils that are out of warranty.
