Hoff Heating and A/C technicians are qualified with a NATE certified ranking. NATE certification represents the industry standard of excellence.
Technician must meet monthly training requirements to maintain Journeyman Status
Our in-house training facility makes it easy for our technicians to learn! Whether it is our weekly service meeting, bringing in outside industry experts, or participating in online training programs...our technicians are equipped with the knowledge you would expect from your heating and cooling comfort advisor.
Certifications and training are part of our ongoing commitment to developing our employees. Recent training programs include: LP Gas, Trac Pipe, GeoThermal Systems, and Copeland Compressors.

With extended Service Appointments available Monday thru Saturday, most of our customers will never need an Emergency Repair. However, if Murphy's Law applies, we have technicians on call at all times to get your heating or cooling system up and running in the shortest time possible.

We offer (2) basic maintenance agreements for our customers. Our Gold & Silver Plans offer different options to reflect the different needs of our customers.

Commercial Agreements

Our commercial agreements are customized for each individual location. Agreements offered range from monthly filter changes to quarterly and bi-annual agreements. Gold Plan

Includes 3 planned visits per year: Heating, Cooling, and a Midseason
Priority Customer Service for breakdowns
Includes a 15% Parts and Repair Discount
If you have a breakdown in between your planned visits, there would be NO service call charge (during regular business hours). If it is after normal business hours, you would only be charged a service call fee rather than overtime charges.
Our Midseason visit ensures that your filters are changed as needed and allows us to monitor the actual performance of your system during peak operation.

Silver Plan

Includes 2 planned service visits per year: Heating and Cooling
Priority Customer Service for breakdowns
Includes 10% Parts and Repair Discount
If you were to have a breakdown in between your planned visits, regular service call or overtime service call charges apply

Filters-Our service department carries a variety of filters and humidifier pads. We have a large number of these in stock and we are able to special order any filter by size, type, or efficiency.
